What is NYI?

Nazarene Youth International (NYI) is the youth ministry of the Church of the Nazarene.  NYI is organized by the youth ministries of a local area coming together to form a cluster.  Our district, called the Northwest District, is made up of 5 clusters across Eastern and Central Washington and parts of Oregon and Idaho.  Our district along with a few other districts make up the Northwest Region, which is a part of the USA/Canada NYI.

Our district NYI exists to call our generation to a dynamic life in Christ.  We believe that young people are an integral part of the Church. Nazarene Youth International exists to lead young people into a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ and to facilitate their growth as disciples for Christian service.

• We value Holiness . . . a work of grace whereby God, through the working of His Holy Spirit, enables us to live a life representing Christ in who we are and in everything we do.
