All district licensed and ordained ministers (including retired ministers) must annually report to the district assembly.  You may download your report here.  Please fill it out and mail (pdf) or email (Word) it to the district office (office@nwdistrict.org or 8607B N. Division St, Spokane WA 99208). It must be received no later than March 30th, 2012.*
